Sean O’Shea

Founder/Managing Director

Sean grew up in College Station TX, where he later attended Texas A&M University and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Construction Sciences. He met his wife, Annemarie O’Shea while attending A&M and the family is growing with 4 kids at the moment. Sean loves to hike, swim and be outside. He also enjoys reading and playing with his kids in his free time. He hopes to use his time/skills and resources to influence young men and to influence the residential remodeling industry!

Eduardo Ortiz

Project Manager

Eduardo Ortiz is from Mexico City, where he graduated with a bachelors in Engineering. He is married to Norma and has two children who have recently finished college. He has worked in several companies, one in San Diego, California for Bergelectric Co. as an electrician, doing projects like Qualcomm, Sony, Women’s Hospital and some more; In San Antonio Texas, he worked for Walker Engineering. His career with O’Shea Construction started in June 2017. He really enjoys working with the young people of the company who are all full of enthusiasm and goals! This is one of his favorite parts of working with this team. One of Eduardo’s hobbies is radio control airplane 3D extreme. Eduardo looks forward to being a part of this company’s growth and future!

01 How long does a typical renovations project take?

The time of a renovation can vary tremendously by the scope of work. Most Bathroom or kitchen remodels can take anywhere from 4 week to 2+ months, while full home renovations on a large home can sometimes be up to a year.

02 What type of materials do your use for remodeling projects?

We have a vendor list of reputable companies in the san antonio area. We source most of our materials from these companies.

03 Can I stay in my home during the renovation process?

While it is perfectly fine to live in your home during kitchen and bathroom remodels, it is highly recommended to not live in a home during major or full home renovations.

04 How do you handle unforeseen issues or changes during the project?

When changes occur, we get pricing for the change approved prior to commencing the work, and revise the schedule as needed.

05 Are you licensed and insured?

At O'Shea Construction, we carry Commercial Liability insurance, Commercial auto and workers compensation. We are registered as a Builder in the city of San Antonio, and a few other surrounding municipalities.
